Market Development Lead for Automotive Business

Dolby Laboratories is seeking a seasoned Market Development Lead to join our Automotive business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing market development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the automotive infotainment market.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the in-car infotainment market, including customers, automotive supply-chain partners, and end-users.
  • Collaborate with product managers to identify unmet needs and pain points in the market that Dolby can address.
  • Develop and articulate a compelling value proposition for our automotive offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and derive relevant insights for the automotive business.
  • Develop positioning of our offerings in the market and develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to execute GTM strategy.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of GTM strategy elements and adjust course as necessary.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in market development or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of the automotive infotainment industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle projects.
  • Customer-facing market development experience.
  • Ability to handle complexity and simplify it for others.
