About the Role

Dolby Laboratories is seeking an experienced Market Development Lead to join our Automotive business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing market development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the automotive infotainment market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the in-car infotainment market, including customers, automotive supply-chain partners, and end-users.
  • Collaborate with product managers to identify unmet needs and pain points in the market that Dolby can address.
  • Develop and articulate a value proposition for the abovementioned audiences.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and derive relevant insights for the automotive business.
  • Develop positioning of our offerings in the market concerning each other and concerning that from others.
  • Develop and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for Dolby's automotive offering.
  • Collaborate with Dolby's global and regional marketing teams to execute GTM strategy.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the above GTM strategy elements and adjust course as necessary.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in market development, product marketing, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of the automotive infotainment industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle projects.
  • Customer-facing market development experience.
  • Ability to handle complexity and simplify it for others.
