Customer Insights Analyst

Die Abteilung für Kundenmanagement trägt die Verantwortung für sämtliche Aktivitäten, die sich um den Kundenstamm der Mobilfunkmarken von freenet drehen. Unser Ziel ist es, unsere Kunden zu fördern, zu binden und ihnen zusätzliche Angebote zu unterbreiten. Hierbei arbeiten wir zielorientiert und kundenfokussiert mit unseren Vertriebskanälen zusammen, initiieren Kampagnen und identifizieren Optimierungsmöglichkeiten.

Deine Aufgaben- Du analysierst unsere Kundenbestände und entdeckst Potenziale zur Vermeidung von Kundenabwanderung sowie für Cross- und Upselling.
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Angebotsmanagement (Next-Best-Offer- und Smart-Pricing) und allen relevanten Vertriebskanälen (z.B. E-Commerce, Einzelhandel, Telesales) und stellst sicher, dass jeder Kunde das für ihn passende Angebot zur richtigen Zeit und am richtigen Kontaktpunkt erhält.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Customer-Lifecycle-Team zusammen, um das Angebot optimal mit der Customer Journey abzustimmen und die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
- Du leitest die erforderlichen Maßnahmen ab und überzeugst deine Schnittstellen von der Notwendigkeit, die richtigen Werkzeuge für ein effektives Kundenmanagement bereitzustellen.
- Auf Basis von Hypothesen und analytischen Grundlagen entwickelst du das Geschäft proaktiv im Einklang mit der strategischen Ausrichtung weiter.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Mathematik oder Naturwissenschaften
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich analytisches CRM oder Kundencontrolling von Vorteil
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Analytische Stärke und Detailgenauigkeit, ohne das große Ganze aus den Augen zu verlieren
- Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Erstellung von Analysen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
