Your Role: People Data Analyst
As a People Data Analyst at Forto, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our People strategy through data-driven insights. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting employment-related data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable recommendations.
What You'll Do:
- Gather, manage, and analyze all employment-related data to uncover insights related to employee demographics, performance, engagement, retention, and other key metrics.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive people metrics for regular reporting and ad hoc analysis, presenting findings to stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support workforce planning, productivity measures, and talent management programs.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, People Business Partners, People Operations, and Forto's People Leadership team to ensure alignment between people analytics and broader business objectives.
- Lead and support people analytics projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented people initiatives and strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in people analytics to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our people analytics function.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a People Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- A passion for people analytics and its impact on organizational success.
