Position:
Senior Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing efforts in Germany.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business insight, a comprehensive understanding of the German market, and be fluent in both English and Mandarin. Proficiency in German is a considerable advantage.



Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute growth strategies specifically designed for the German market to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Discover and establish new local channels for customer acquisition to broaden our presence in Germany.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and research to pinpoint growth opportunities and refine marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns focused on sales, utilizing data to track performance and ensure overall effectiveness, with an emphasis on achieving growth targets.
  • Collaborate with various teams, both locally and at the corporate level, to synchronize marketing strategies with business objectives and maintain consistent messaging.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the German office and corporate headquarters, providing translation and interpretation of materials as necessary.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key local partners and influencers to boost brand visibility and growth.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and the German market landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in growth or business development roles, particularly within the German market.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a notable advantage.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Innovative thinker with a results-driven approach and a passion for creativity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • A profound understanding of the German market and its cultural nuances is essential.
