Candidate Profile
We seek a driven and enthusiastic Senior Growth Marketer to enhance our marketing efforts. Ideal candidates will have a background in early-stage B2C startups or organizations that prioritize innovation, exceptional user experience, and technical excellence. You should be committed to achieving optimal results and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Acquisition Strategies: Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to establish foundational strategies for consumer growth, focusing on product-led initiatives, optimization, and testing methodologies that emphasize scalability and return on investment.
- Enhance Early Lifecycle Engagement: Focus on refining the onboarding experience for new users and improving customer retention. Design and implement processes that span the entire customer lifecycle, with an emphasis on early retention tactics.
- Performance Forecasting & Monitoring: Set objectives and key results (OKRs), design and assess A/B testing, and track essential performance metrics. Analyze performance fluctuations and provide strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to inform decisions based on consumer behavior. Examine website metrics, keyword performance, traffic patterns, and other SEO indicators. Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis and formulate hypotheses for testing.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a competitive growth-focused environment (B2C + subscription model) in roles related to Growth Marketing Analytics or similar fields.
- Familiarity with CRM and engagement tools, with the ability to critically assess our current systems.
- Proficient in SQL, with experience in query development and dashboard creation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage progress through OKRs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and build consensus among senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in both German and English.
