Senior Growth Marketing Manager
We are in search of a driven and seasoned Senior Growth Marketing Manager to enhance our vibrant team in Germany.
The perfect candidate will possess robust business insight, a profound comprehension of the German market, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in German is a notable advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute growth strategies customized for the German market to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify and establish new local acquisition channels to broaden our presence within the German market.
- Conduct market analysis and evaluate data specific to Germany to uncover growth opportunities and refine marketing initiatives.
- Lead sales-focused marketing campaigns, utilizing data to track progress and ensure overall effectiveness. Concentrate on achieving growth targets and consistently optimizing efforts to meet or exceed objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and at headquarters, to synchronize marketing strategies with business objectives and guarantee consistent messaging.
- Facilitate effective communication between the German office and headquarters, translating and interpreting materials as necessary.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key local partners and influencers to boost brand visibility and growth.
- Remain informed about the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and the local market landscape in Germany.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in growth or business development roles, with a strong emphasis on the German market.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- High numerical sensitivity and robust analytical skills.
- Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Innovative thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for creativity.
