Growth Marketing Strategist

We're seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Strategist to join our Marketing team at Project A Ventures. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across various organic and paid channels to drive growth for our portfolio companies.
Our Marketing team is a group of data-driven experts who leverage their skills and expertise to help our portfolio companies achieve their growth objectives. We cover all areas of programmatic paid media, customer engagement tactics, demand generation, marketing automation & MarTech, and Marketing Ops.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies across various growth channels (organic and paid) for diverse portfolio companies with different business models
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Growth Marketing channels and platforms, including but not limited to Facebook ads, Google search ads, TikTok ads, Native ads, Snapchat ads, Twitter ads, and YouTube ads
- Test landing pages and creatives to align with KPIs such as CPO, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and incrementally
- Develop innovative account structures and strategies to achieve business goals, evaluate performance through analysis, and create reports to support data-driven actions and hypotheses
- Liaise and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (internal and external) about campaign and market development
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate measurement, tracking, and reporting
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the area of Growth Marketing, ideally in a start-up environment & passion about Growth Marketing in B2C and B2B, in order to understand the opportunities in both areas
- A very good understanding of Growth Marketing and its different channels and platforms - including any of the following (but not limited to): Facebook ads, Google search ads, TikTok ads, Native ads, Snapchat ads, Twitter ads, YouTube ads etc.
- Confidence in working with numbers and enjoy analyzing and interpreting data, with a strong ability to implement basic tracking
- Familiarity with or proficiency in relevant AI and automation technologies
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and challenging situations, a fast-learner and hypothesis-driven to set new standards
- Excellent communication skills - fluent in English and German. Other languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Danish or Swedish a bonus
