About the Role

Celonis is seeking a highly skilled Partner Manager to drive growth and expansion in the DACH region. As a key member of our Partner Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner strategy to meet sales targets and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a partner strategy for the DACH market, focusing on both influenced revenue through co-selling and direct revenue.
  • Manage partner relationships, ensuring the successful execution of partner business plans and fostering strong relationships across multiple functional areas within partnerships.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives in the DACH region, coordinating with other Celonis departments as needed to support market and partner enablement activities.
  • Pitch the Celonis value proposition to stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment on joint account pursuits.
Requirements
  • First relevant working experience in partner management, sales, or business development.
  • Proven ability to inspire and engage others while cultivating strong, lasting relationships.
  • Strategic and operational excellence, capable of developing a comprehensive strategy and effectively handling day-to-day tasks to drive partnership growth.
  • Sales-driven and collaborative, with a strong sales mindset and a team-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
