About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our Partner Management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our partner ecosystem in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy for the DACH market to meet sales targets
  • Manage partner relationships and ensure successful execution of partner business plans
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive business plan for the DACH region
  • Identify target verticals and solutions to drive incremental revenue
  • Lead joint technology and service initiatives with partners
  • Facilitate partner enablement and joint lead-generation activities
Requirements
  • First relevant working experience in partner management, sales, or business development
  • Proven ability to inspire and engage others while cultivating strong, lasting relationships
  • Strategic and operational excellence, with a strong sales mindset and team-oriented approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the DACH region
