Die Neptune Energy Holding Germany GmbH sucht für den Standort in Hannover einen Group Accounting & Reporting Expert (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Der Schwerpunkt deiner Tätigkeit liegt in der Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses der deutschen Unternehmensgruppe gemäß internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards (IFRS).
  • Du bringst dein Fachwissen ein, um Bilanzierungsfragen im Rahmen der internationalen Rechnungslegung sowie nach deutschem Handelsrecht zu klären.
  • Du beschäftigst dich mit neuen IFRS-Vorgaben und aktualisierst kontinuierlich die internen Bilanzierungsrichtlinien.
  • Deine Ideen tragen zur Weiterentwicklung der Reporting- und Konsolidierungstools sowie zur Optimierung der Konsolidierungsprozesse bei.
  • Als Mitglied des Finance-Teams unterstützt du den Aufbau eines ESG-Reportings (CSRD) und bearbeitest spezielle Projekte im Bereich Rechnungswesen und externes Reporting.
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern im In- und Ausland sowie die Unterstützung beim regelmäßigen Reporting an die Gesellschafter gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
Dein Profil:
  • Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (Int.) erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Konzernrechnungslegung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen oder einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS sowie idealerweise auch nach deutschem Handelsrecht mit.
  • Du beherrschst die englische Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift und hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Konsolidierung und Reporting.
  • Du bist versiert im Umgang mit Excel und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP.
  • Du bist bereit, dich in komplexe Bilanzierungsthemen und Projekte einzuarbeiten und zeichnest dich durch Motivation, Neugierde und Proaktivität aus.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, schätzt jedoch auch die Möglichkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten.
