Head of General Ledger Accounting

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with established accounting standards.
- Ensure adherence to legal accounting requirements and manage tax filing processes.
- Participate in software development initiatives aimed at enhancing accounting functionalities.
- Serve as the primary contact for auditors and tax consultants.
- Oversee and guide a team of 12 professionals in the accounting department.
Qualifications:
- Completed education in accounting or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a managerial position within the finance sector.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles and tax laws.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Experience with NAVISION is advantageous.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
- Fluency in German is required.
