Senior Group Accountant

Join our team as a Senior Group Accountant / Accounting Specialist (m/w/d) in the Accounting & Tax division.
- Oversee, prepare, and assess monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with HGB and IFRS regulations.
- Accountable for the generation of our financial performance reports.
- Facilitate the consolidation process for the German subgroup.
- Regularly conduct impairment assessments to confirm the actual value of our investments and assets.
- Ensure compliance with all pertinent accounting standards and practices.
- Act as a liaison with auditors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Independently address fundamental accounting inquiries.
- Engage in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives.
- Continuously enhance accounting tools and processes.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration or economics with a specialization in Accounting or completion of training as a Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d).
- Extensive experience in business accounting, Group Accounting, or auditing.
- In-depth knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and SAP FI.
- Fluent in English to facilitate communication with our international partners.
