Position Overview
We are seeking a Scientific Client Relationship Manager to become a vital part of our Laboratory Services division. This role focuses on overseeing commercial offerings and ensuring clients receive the most suitable personnel. The position will primarily operate from our designated office, with occasional engagements at our headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing business by securing new clientele.
- Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Overseeing the performance of recruited personnel.
- Evaluating candidates put forth by recruitment teams.
- Conducting client meetings.
- Providing market insights to clients.
- Advertising job vacancies.
- Guiding and assisting clients throughout their recruitment endeavors.
