We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Planning Manager to join our team at Sky Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for creating and updating cash flow reports and forecasts to ensure liquidity and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Flow Planning: Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and reports to inform business decisions and ensure liquidity.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analyses between planned and actual cash flow, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of processes and systems to optimize cash management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Commercial Finance, Financial Reporting, and Treasury, to ensure smooth cash management and drive business growth.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert for all enquiries relating to operating cash flow and relevant KPIs, and act as a sparring partner for the Commercial Finance department in the creation of business cases to sustainably increase company performance.
- Education: University degree with an economic focus and at least 5-6 years of experience in a similar position in finance/controlling/reporting, ideally in an auditing company.
- Skills: Sound knowledge of cash flow planning and reporting, financial planning and analysis, finance and accounting, variance analyses, liquidity planning, financial software, and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Anaplan, TM1).
- Commercial Knowledge: Very good commercial knowledge of the media and pay-TV market, with a strong understanding of the Sky business.
- Personal Qualities: Analytical, flexible, resilient, structured, and solution-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills.
