Executive Assistant to General Manager

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to support our General Manager at the Fulfillment Center.
Role Overview:
This pivotal position involves daily interactions and a variety of responsibilities. You will coordinate employee engagement activities throughout the site and manage the corresponding annual budget.
This dynamic role allows you to unleash your creativity by implementing your ideas and initiatives while collaborating with our operations teams to enhance communication within the Fulfillment Center.
Your focus will always be on delivering top-notch service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate onsite employee engagement events, including competitions and celebrations, while managing budgets and timelines.
- Develop event plans tailored to the site's requirements, create promotional materials, and collaborate with stakeholders to execute site projects.
- Oversee communication channels within the Fulfillment Center, including newsletters and site-specific message boards.
- Act as the Charity Champion, managing the site charity budget and coordinating local charitable initiatives.
- Facilitate recognition programs for associates, encouraging participation from the leadership team.
- Manage the travel and administrative needs of the leadership team, including diary management and meeting follow-ups.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure robust resources for projects and initiatives.
- Welcome and coordinate visitors on behalf of the General Manager and leadership team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the responsibilities outlined above.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while serving as a point of contact for a large team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English and German.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a large-scale, fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
