Client Services Management Lead

Position Overview
We are looking for a Management Supervisor (m/f/d) to enhance our client service division in Frankfurt. The client services team plays a pivotal role in executing campaigns and projects for our clientele. The Management Supervisor will be the primary liaison for clients, providing daily support to the client team while also contributing to strategic planning and the advancement of their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial and Financial Management:
Establish strong relationships with junior and mid-level clients while assisting senior team members in driving account revenue growth.Identify business opportunities and collaborate with your Business Director and senior colleagues to capitalize on these prospects.Prepare and present formal budget estimates to clients, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.Work alongside your Business Director to ensure compliance with all financial and legal protocols within the company and network.Serve as the primary client contact for all project-related inquiries, including timelines, budgets, and creative deliverables.
Account and Project Management:
Lead Account Team initiatives by interpreting project briefs from the Business Director or clients and managing workflow through creative/studio.Draft formal agency briefs, converting client verbal and written instructions into MRM templates.Oversee project timelines to guarantee effective and timely delivery.Take charge of advanced projects and campaigns, managing and executing specific initiatives.Generate and update timing plans and status reports for project management purposes, ensuring punctual delivery.Supervise the completion and distribution of team status and contact reports, ensuring timely documentation.Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all written materials produced by yourself and any Account Managers.Adhere to all financial processes, including the receipt of Purchase Orders, invoice preparation, and monthly project reporting.Collaborate closely with Data Planners and Operations teams when necessary to coordinate segmentation and targeting for campaign efforts.

Collaborate with Line Managers and the Creative team to achieve creative excellence and generate ideas that meet the brief while inspiring and challenging the client.Foster strong internal relationships with Creative, Planning, Project Management, and Technical teams.
