Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Management Supervisor (m/f/d) to enhance our client service division in Frankfurt. This role is pivotal to the agency's execution of campaigns and projects for our clientele. The Management Supervisor will serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing daily support to the client team while contributing to strategic initiatives and the overall success of their business.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial and Financial Management:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with junior and mid-level clients while assisting senior team members in driving account revenue growth.
  • Identify business opportunities and collaborate with your Business Director and senior colleagues to capitalize on these prospects.
  • Prepare and present formal budgets to clients, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and cost management.
  • Work alongside your Business Director to maintain compliance with all financial and legal protocols, as well as reporting requirements.
  • Act as the primary client contact for all project-related inquiries, including timelines, budgets, and creative deliverables.
Account and Project Management:
  • Receive and interpret project briefs from the Business Director or clients, managing workflow through creative and studio teams.
  • Translate client verbal and written briefs into formal agency briefs using MRM templates.
  • Oversee project timelines to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Take ownership of advanced projects and campaigns, managing execution and specific campaign details.
  • Generate and update timing plans and status reports for project management purposes, ensuring timely completion.
  • Supervise the preparation and distribution of team status and contact reports, ensuring timely documentation.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all written materials produced by yourself and any Account Managers.
  • Adhere to all financial processes, including the management of Purchase Orders, invoice preparation, and monthly project reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Planners and Operations teams to coordinate segmentation and targeting for campaign initiatives.
Delivering Exceptional Products:
  • Collaborate with Line Managers and the Creative team to achieve creative excellence and generate ideas that fulfill the brief while engaging and challenging the client.
  • Foster strong internal relationships with Creative, Planning, Project Management, and Technical teams.
