Client Services Management Lead

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Management Supervisor (m/f/d) to enhance our client service division in Frankfurt. This pivotal role involves direct oversight of client relationships, acting as the primary representative of MRM while collaborating with a dedicated team to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial and Financial Management:
Foster strong relationships with junior and mid-level clients while assisting senior team members in promoting revenue growth.Identify business opportunities and collaborate with your Business Director and senior colleagues to capitalize on them.Prepare and present detailed cost estimates as formal budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.Work closely with your Business Director to maintain compliance with all financial and legal processes.Serve as the primary contact for all project-related inquiries, including timelines, budgets, and creative outputs.
Account and Project Management:
Interpret project briefs from the Business Director or clients and oversee the workflow through creative and studio teams.Translate client briefs into formal agency briefs using MRM templates.Manage project timelines to ensure timely and effective delivery.Take charge of advanced projects and campaigns, overseeing their management and execution.Generate and update timing plans and status reports for project management purposes.Ensure the timely completion and distribution of team status and contact reports.Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of all written documentation produced by yourself and any Account Managers.Ensure compliance with all financial processes, including the management of Purchase Orders and invoicing.Collaborate closely with Data Planners and Operations teams to coordinate segmentation and targeting for campaign initiatives.

Collaborate with Line Managers and the Creative team to achieve creative excellence and generate innovative ideas that meet client needs.Develop strong internal relationships with Creative, Planning, Project Management, and Technical teams.
