Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Volkswagen Service Assistant. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in customer service interactions.
  • Manage appointment scheduling for service consultations.
  • Prepare orders for service advisors efficiently.
  • Offer information regarding pricing for various workshop services and assist with invoice clarifications.
  • Coordinate the allocation of replacement and loan vehicles.
  • Support colleagues in sales activities.
  • Deliver product range information on Volkswagen offerings and financial services.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of technical or commercial training is required.
  • Previous work experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service orientation.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Ability to work flexibly according to business needs.
  • Excellent contact and communication skills.
  • Proficient in PC usage.
  • Exhibit independent, reliable, and conscientious work habits.
  • Possession of a valid Class B driver's license.
