Role Summary

We are seeking a hybrid Senior Account Manager/Director with a strong background in managing clients within the life sciences sector to enhance our operations in Germany.

As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of your accounts, overseeing commercial management, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring effective delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor in the Health and Life Sciences domain, offering clients insights on the latest technological advancements. Work alongside cross-functional teams to implement technology-driven transformation initiatives across various sectors. Collaborate with our sales and pre-sales teams to evaluate client opportunities, respond to RFPs, develop proposals and presentations, and establish senior-level relationships with clients. Define and structure consulting engagements, create optimal operational frameworks, and lead the transition from sales to project delivery. Stay informed about current and emerging trends, unique opportunities, and challenges within the sectors and markets relevant to our clients, particularly focusing on France. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior levels, as well as with external and internal stakeholders, to maximize growth within our Life Sciences portfolio. Align with business unit objectives and support the company’s financial targets, including revenue and profit goals.

Qualifications

Proven extensive expertise in managing Health and Life Sciences clients in Germany. Significant industry experience in leading digital and innovative technology initiatives, or equivalent experience from a recognized consultancy. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Willingness to lead teams and recruit talent. Ability to travel as necessary. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient presentation skills. Credibility and gravitas with senior executives. Demonstrated success in managing client consulting projects in dynamic environments, meeting expectations, and delivering digital transformation programs. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, numerical proficiency, negotiation skills, and a commitment to diversity. Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
