Sales Territory Manager

Job Summary:

Varex Imaging Deutschland seeks a highly skilled Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating OEM and aftermarket sales revenue, building customer relationships, and providing sales coverage and territory administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide sales coverage and execute territory administration, including sales forecasting and reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to make informed sales decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology industry knowledge
  • Product knowledge and ability to conduct presentations
  • Organizational acumen/skills, time and territory management
  • Responsiveness and reliability
  • Independent attitude
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, selling skills
  • MS-Office and SalesForce advanced knowledge
  • Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing, other languages desired
  • Ability to travel frequently

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience
  • +10 years of related sales experience

Work Environment:

Full-time position with regular working hours and occasional travel required.
