Sales Territory Manager

Job Summary:
Varex Imaging Deutschland seeks a highly skilled Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating OEM and aftermarket sales revenue, building customer relationships, and providing sales coverage and territory administration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned profitability targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide sales coverage and execute territory administration, including sales forecasting and reporting
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to make informed sales decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology industry knowledge
- Product knowledge and ability to conduct presentations
- Organizational acumen/skills, time and territory management
- Responsiveness and reliability
- Independent attitude
- Interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, selling skills
- MS-Office and SalesForce advanced knowledge
- Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing, other languages desired
- Ability to travel frequently
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience
- +10 years of related sales experience
Work Environment:
Full-time position with regular working hours and occasional travel required.
