Position Overview: The Outside Sales role at Chenbro GmbH is pivotal in spearheading and nurturing new business prospects to meet revenue goals. This position will primarily target sales opportunities with system integrators and distributors across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Planning: Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit margin targets.

Account Management: Engage in sales account planning, forecasting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Customer Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of customer-related challenges and provide actionable solutions.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends in the server market to uncover new business opportunities.

Sales Engagement: Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry exhibitions as necessary.

Reporting: Deliver weekly sales performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Language Proficiency: Proficient in both German and English, with the ability to read, write, and converse effectively.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hardware sector, particularly within the Server/Computer industry, with a solid understanding of the Server/Storage/Data-center market.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships and manage expectations with both internal and external stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic and high energy.

Sales Acumen: Capable of listening to client needs, devising sales strategies, and delivering compelling product and service presentations.

Leadership Qualities: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proficient in time management and organizational skills.

Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working with server/computer hardware distributors or clients is highly advantageous.

Independence: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel throughout Europe and internationally as needed.
