Position Overview: The Outside Sales role at Chenbro GmbH is pivotal in driving and managing new business opportunities to meet revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will be a sales-oriented, self-motivated individual capable of operating efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Planning: Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets.

Account Management: Engage in sales account planning and forecasting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Customer Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of customer-related issues and provide actionable recommendations for resolution.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and present weekly sales reports to track progress and inform stakeholders.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Language Proficiency: Proficient in both German and English, with strong communication skills.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hardware sector, particularly within the Server/Computer industry.

Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage expectations with both internal and external clients.

Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership Qualities: Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational capabilities.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally as needed.
