About This Role

As a key member of the Audible team, you will serve as a vital link between external partners and our organization. Based in Berlin, you will work on leveraging partnerships across our EU marketplaces, driving collaboration and growth.

You are a persuasive and collaborative individual who can effectively achieve goals by working across teams, functions, and levels, serving as a trusted partner and advocate for Audible.

Your responsibilities include being technically savvy and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where people are enthusiastic and customer-obsessed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Have primary ownership of partner marketing operations across partner brands, key Audible authors, publishers, A-list talents, and other partners.
  • Manage end-to-end workflow for marketing discussions, requests, reviews, campaigns, and approvals to understand and coordinate requests from partners and Audible.
  • Lead the aggregation of inputs from Audible marketing and business teams to inform partner discussions.
  • Drive collaboration between marketing functions and country teams to unlock partnerships and maximize marketing efficiency for Audible.
  • Guide content deal inputs by coordinating asks and inputs across marketing teams to inform content discussions and contracts.
  • Support measurement efforts across teams to understand the impact of various partners, authors, and publishers on brand and business KPIs.
  • Support the EU campaign lead in setting up processes and reporting cadence for this role.

This position is a 24-month fixed-term contract.
