Healthcare Facilities Project ManagerYour key responsibilities:- Overseeing and directing intricate construction and real estate initiatives within the healthcare domain, focusing on laboratories, medical practices, and occasionally hospitals.
- Managing all phases of construction and real estate projects to ensure successful execution.
- Monitoring and ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards, while considering specific healthcare requirements and legal regulations.
- Facilitating communication between clients, specialized planners, and end-users.
- Coordinating project teams and guiding them from the initial planning stages through to project handover.
- Accountable for ensuring proper execution and monitoring, as well as identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
- Implementing innovative concepts for workplace and usage optimization.
- Establishing connections with investors, property owners, architects, specialized engineers, and construction firms, while assisting in the preparation of tender documents and the awarding of contracts.
- Ensuring thorough reporting, project documentation, and invoice validation.
- Completed degree or extensive experience in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of services provided by architects and engineers.
- Good knowledge of commercial real estate.
- Experience in planning and construction processes.
- Willingness to accept responsibility and travel as needed.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems, with CAD and SAP knowledge being advantageous.
- Excellent command of both German and English.
- Experience in the practice and laboratory real estate sector is a plus.
- A stable, permanent contract for a full-time position.
