Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at amedes Medizinische Dienstleistungen GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex construction and real estate projects in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and healthcare professionals to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
