Position Title: Workday Absence & Time Management Process Leader
- Become a key member of our international Process Owners Team, spearheading the Design and Execution of Workday Absence & Time Management Processes.
- Provide consultation, assistance, and training to the global HR community.
- Establish and nurture relationships with process owners and subject matter experts, while driving the strategy for Workday implementation.
- Pinpoint opportunities for enhancements in processes and systems.
- Oversee projects related to the Workday Module for Absence and Time Management.
- Guide both internal and external consultants, ensuring coherence with established processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Business Informatics.
- Over 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Human Capital Management, and Project Management.
- At least 3 years of practical experience with Workday Absence and Time Management.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in both English and German.
