Senior HRIS Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions tailored to meet changing business demands and compliance standards.
- Independently execute advanced Workday Business Processes and Functional configurations to fulfill business needs while developing HRIS protocols and design documentation.
- Lead the creation, development, and upkeep of associated reports/dashboards and data management strategies.
- Serve as a bridge between HR and other departments to ensure cohesive alignment of HR Technology solutions.
- Collaborate closely with HR partners and HR Technology team members to gather requirements, perform complex analyses, and manage the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions across various functional areas.
- Engage in the biannual Workday release cycle activities, including regression testing, planning for relevant functionality enhancements, assessing downstream and end-user impacts, and addressing change management requirements.
- Champion initiatives to guarantee data accuracy and integrity, addressing any discrepancies through a continuous improvement mindset.
- Provide specialized input for relevant EIB data uploads.
- Work with stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities where Workday can enhance processes and procedures, while also offering training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of Workday.
- Deliver ongoing knowledge transfer, training, and support to cross-functional team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
- 2+ years of demonstrated expertise in deploying Absence and Time Tracking modules within Workday.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal relationship abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail, capability to manage complex projects, and influence organizational change.
