Your primary objective is to drive the configuration, development, and enhancement of Workday functionalities related to absence and time tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Time and Absence team's responsibilities, concentrating on the capabilities of Workday related to time tracking and absence management.
- Champion digital transformation and automation projects aimed at improving the efficiency and scalability of people-related processes.
- Manage development cycles and ensure the timely rollout of enhancements.
- Maintain thorough documentation of Workday designs and processes concerning time tracking and absence.
- Contribute to the development of HR reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Build collaborative relationships and drive comprehensive solutions.
- Work alongside colleagues from diverse locations, fostering a truly inclusive team environment.
- Stay informed about Workday updates to effectively utilize new features.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience with Workday in Absence and Time Tracking.
- In-depth understanding of core people processes, integrations, and user-focused design principles.
- Expertise in HR reporting and analytics, including advanced skills in Excel.
- Outstanding communication abilities, with proficiency in English.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and demonstrated initiative.
- Strong organizational capabilities, skilled in managing requirements and prioritizing projects.
- Previous experience in leadership roles across various project methodologies.
- High levels of self-leadership and interpersonal skills.
