As our Workday Absence and Time Tracking Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving technological advancements within our people processes. You'll own the functional areas of Workday Absence and Time Tracking, including reporting within these areas. Your mission is to spearhead the configuration, development, and enhancement of these functionalities, ensuring they align with our People Tech strategy and Wolt's overall objectives.
This role offers a unique opportunity to create and sustain time tracking and absence solutions on a global scale. You'll leverage your proven experience in configuring absence and time tracking within Workday to deliver impactful solutions that streamline processes, boost scalability, and elevate user experiences.
Your Responsibilities:- Lead the Time and Absence team within People Tech, focusing on the time tracking and absence capabilities of Workday.
- Drive digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and scalability of people processes.
- Oversee development sprints and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Workday time tracking and absence designs and processes.
- Contribute to HR reporting and analytics capabilities development.
- Foster collaborative relationships and drive end-to-end solutions across various teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues in diverse locations within a truly global team.
- Stay updated with Workday releases to effectively leverage new features.
- 6+ years of professional experience in Workday for Absence and Time Tracking.
- Strong understanding of core people processes, integrations, and user-centric design principles.
- Proficiency in HR reporting and analytics, including advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Problem-solving attitude, proactive approach, and demonstrated initiative.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at managing requirements and prioritizing projects.
- Previous experience in project leadership roles using various project models.
- High self-leadership skills and interpersonal competencies.
