About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at ROHM Semiconductor GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in our European branches, focusing on automotive accounts. Your primary objective will be to design-in our products in customer development departments and implement product releases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and expand our customer network by driving new design-ins through relationships with customers at various levels, from R&D to management.
  • Develop and achieve sales budgets and design-in targets.
  • Negotiate annual pricing agreements with customers.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in emerging areas and applications.
  • Support customers during design-in developments, working closely with product managers and field application engineers.
  • Promote our value proposition against competitors.
  • Provide the marketing department and product managers with consolidated customer requirements.
  • Develop new products and product enhancements to drive future growth.
Requirements
  • Completed technical or scientific studies (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent degree.
  • Strong understanding of electronic components and basic knowledge of electronic circuits.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or German.
  • Experience in the automotive market, technical sales of semiconductors, or hardware development is an advantage.
