Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our European automotive accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new design-ins and maintaining existing business relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and grow business in a well-established customer network by driving new design-ins through relationships on different customer levels from R&D to management
- Responsibility for sales budget planning and achievement as well as design-in targets
- Prepare and perform annual pricing negotiations
- Identify and materialize new business opportunities in upcoming business areas and applications
- Assist customers during design-in developments with support from product managers and field application engineers
- Present ROHM value proposition against competitors
- Provide marketing department and product managers with consolidated customer requirements
- Define new products and product enhancements to pave the road for continuous future growth
- Completed technical or scientific studies (Bachelor or Master) or comparable degree
- Good understanding of electronic components and basic knowledge of electronic circuits
- Very good command of written and spoken English and/or German
- Experience in the automotive market, in technical sales of semiconductors or in hardware development is an advantage
