About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional sales leader to drive business growth and success in Germany. As a Country Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets and achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion in Germany
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and goals
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and success
  • Relevant experience in the software industry, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to drive business growth and success
