- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, channels, customer success, and marketing, to create a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and implement sales processes and strategies to maximize growth objectives and achieve sales excellence.
- Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the team demonstrates and deploys resources expertly and for the highest impact.
- 10+ years' experience building and running enterprise sales teams, with second-line management experience required.
- Relevant consultative platform selling experience within the software industry, with a focus on IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, business applications, and/or analytics.
- History of consistently meeting or exceeding targets and objectives personally and as a leader.
- Growth mindset with the ability to outline long-term vision and strategy.
- Excellent conceptual thought leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong business partnerships both inside and outside the organization.
- Skilled at business planning and diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and coming up with appropriate solutions.
- Highly professional persona and polished demeanor.
- Consultative selling skills and sales methodology knowledge.
- Excellence in business operations.
- Inclusive leadership style.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver executive-level presentations.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.
- Ability to travel ~20%.
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
