As the Senior Country Director for Germany, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of Just Eat Takeaway's German business. This is a key role within the company, requiring a strong leader who can develop and execute a strategy to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business strategy to drive growth and profitability in the German market.
  • Lead a team of approximately 1000 employees, providing guidance and direction to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
  • Manage the P&L for the German business, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including restaurant partners, suppliers, and industry bodies.
  • Drive innovation and improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue streams.

  • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, with experience in driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
