Client Success Manager

Paintgun is dedicated to transforming the landscape of digital advertising through innovative production methods, cutting-edge technology, and strategic partnerships with leading mobile app publishers.
Our team assists clients in crafting and executing advertising campaigns across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google. By leveraging comprehensive data analysis, we enhance our design sprints to deliver effective advertisements. Our approach to rapid creative testing has proven successful in driving User Acquisition for notable brands such as Canon, Cleo, Current, Invstr, Lingoda, Polaroid, and others.
We are seeking a Freelance Account Manager to oversee our existing and future client accounts for approximately 20 hours each week.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the timelines for creative production to guarantee timely project delivery.
- Manage internal project boards and maintain ongoing communication with the team to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Handle client interactions, manage expectations, and provide feedback on a daily basis.
- Identify opportunities for upselling during weekly client discussions.
- Develop and manage project budgets, coordinating with the Finance Manager.
- Expand and nurture our network of creators and freelancers.
- Maintain regular communication with creators and freelancers, providing updates and new project briefs.
- Ensure accurate data entry for creative production assets.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency setting.
- Proficient in verbal and written English (German language skills are advantageous).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present and advocate for ideas to clients and partners.
- Highly organized and capable of working autonomously.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
