Position Summary:

We are in search of a seasoned and proactive Sales Operations Director for Europe, with a base in Germany. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in:

Fostering Business Expansion:

  • Discovering new avenues for business growth.

  • Providing strategic direction to various business units.

Enhancing Market Reach:

  • Utilizing your extensive expertise in the industry.

Facilitating Additional Services:

  • Promoting our VLSI design service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients within the semiconductor and electronics sectors across Europe, focusing on key markets. Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to broaden the client base and enhance market share for Tessolve's ATE test engineering services while supporting the growth of VLSI design services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong connections with key clients, gaining insights into their needs and challenges. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure the delivery of services that align with client expectations.
  • Market Insight: Remain informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics within the semiconductor and ATE test engineering fields. Transform market insights into actionable strategies to maintain Tessolve's competitive advantage.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the formulation of sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans. Work alongside senior management to establish sales targets, performance metrics, and growth initiatives.
  • Negotiation and Proposals: Lead discussions on contracts and pricing with clients. Craft compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and emphasize Tessolve's value proposition.
  • Networking and Industry Engagement: Represent Tessolve Semiconductor at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to showcase our capabilities, establish thought leadership, and expand the company's professional network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years in sales and business development within the semiconductor industry, particularly in ATE test engineering services. Experience in VLSI design services is advantageous.
  • Proven Success: A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets, with a strong network of contacts in the European semiconductor ecosystem.
  • Technical Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of ATE test engineering, semiconductor technologies, VLSI design services, and industry trends.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to influence and build rapport at all organizational levels.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic Insight: Ability to analyze market dynamics and devise effective sales strategies.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements and industry events across Europe.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; knowledge of German or other European languages is a plus.
