Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic student to join our team, particularly those interested in hardware and software development. A foundational understanding of networking is essential.
This position plays a crucial role in assisting the Experience Center Technical Operations in Munich and in supporting the development of the Experience Content Management System. You will engage in both operational tasks and strategic project ownership within the team. Your goal will be to grow into a role with greater responsibilities, actively contribute to our team, and collaborate to produce meaningful results.
The selected candidate will collaborate closely with other teams in Experience Services to drive and define technical initiatives.
Key Duties Include:
- Participate in technical operations for the Experience Center in Munich.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of the Experience Content Management System.
- Support the development and testing of the Experience Content Management System.
- Question existing processes and suggest improvements to simplify the architecture.
- Create and maintain a roadmap for your assigned features that balances user requirements, technical complexity, and business impact.
- Contribute to transformation initiatives across all Experience Centers.
- Collaborate with other Experience Services teams on technical matters.
- Assist in various projects and customer interactions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

We are thrilled to offer a fellowship opportunity within our dynamic Experience Activation team, part of Solution & Innovation Experience (SIX). This role will assist in creating content experiences for our customers visiting the SAP Experience Centers. The fellowship provides a unique chance to build connections within SIX and explore collaborative opportunities across the Experience Hub team.
The SAP Experience Centers serve as innovation hubs worldwide, offering comprehensive access to SAP's solution portfolio. Here, customers and partners can engage with interactive showcases, real-life use cases, and ready-to-use demonstrations.
The Experience Activation team is responsible for developing innovations, implementations, integrations, and delivering use cases and showcases across all Experience Centers and events. We seek candidates who will actively support the implementation of our Experience Content Management System and assist in the technical operations of our Munich Experience Center.
