Senior IT Administrator

Location: Munich, Germany

Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days in the office / 2 days remote

Compensation: €45,000

We are collaborating with a leading IT solutions provider that is actively searching for a Senior IT Administrator to enhance their dynamic team and assist in delivering exceptional IT services to local clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide both remote and on-site technical support to clients across diverse sectors.

● Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

● Oversee task delegation and project assignments within the team.

● Serve as the primary technical lead for all client infrastructure initiatives.

● Act as the technical liaison for client projects, ensuring seamless communication.

● Engage in various projects encompassing the planning, execution, and enhancement of IT infrastructure.

● Work in a comprehensive infrastructure support capacity across multiple environments, including Windows and Linux.

Candidate Profile:

● Demonstrated experience in a similar role focused on infrastructure support and administration.

● Relevant IT education, either through formal studies or vocational training.

● A passion for team leadership, with prior experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity preferred.

● Proven expertise in comprehensive infrastructure support, including client and server technologies, networking, backup solutions, and monitoring systems.

● Proficiency in English (C1) and German (B2).

● A collaborative team player who excels in working with others.

● Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and share information effectively.
