Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote

We are collaborating with a dynamic IT solutions provider that is eager to welcome a Senior IT Administrator to their enthusiastic team, dedicated to delivering exceptional IT services to local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide both remote and on-site technical support to clients across diverse sectors.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Oversee task delegation and project assignments within the team.
- Serve as the primary technical lead for all client infrastructure initiatives.
- Act as the main technical contact for client-related projects.
- Engage in various projects, encompassing the planning, execution, and enhancement of IT infrastructure.
- Work in a comprehensive infrastructure support capacity across multiple environments, including Windows and Linux.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role focused on infrastructure support and administration.
- Educational background in IT, whether through formal education or apprenticeship.
- A passion for leadership, with prior experience in team management or lead roles.
- Extensive knowledge in all facets of infrastructure support, including client and server technologies, networking, backup solutions, and monitoring systems.
- Fluency in English (C1) and German (B2).
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communicator, capable of presenting and sharing information clearly.
