We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Administrator to join our team at Revive IT Recruitment. As a key member of our infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch IT solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and on-site support to clients across various industries
  • Lead the team and provide mentoring and coaching to junior members
  • Delegate tasks and project work between team members
  • Act as the technical point of contact for client projects
  • Be actively involved in project planning, implementation, and development of IT infrastructure projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a similar role providing infrastructure support and administration
  • IT education through formal studies or apprenticeship
  • Experience leading a team and ideally some team lead or manager experience
  • Proven experience across all-round infrastructure support including client and server technologies, networks, backup solutions, and monitoring
  • Fluency in English (C1) and German (B2)
