Location: Munich, Germany
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
Compensation: €45,000

We are collaborating with a leading IT solutions provider that is searching for a Senior IT Administrator to enhance their dynamic team and assist in delivering exceptional IT services to local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide both remote and on-site assistance to clients across diverse sectors.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Oversee task delegation and project assignments within the team.
- Serve as the primary technical lead for all client infrastructure initiatives.
- Act as the main technical contact for client-related projects.
- Engage in various projects, including planning, executing, and developing IT infrastructure solutions.
- Work in a comprehensive infrastructure support capacity across multiple environments, including Windows and Linux.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar infrastructure support and administration role.
- Formal IT education through degree programs or apprenticeships.
- A passion for team leadership, with prior experience in supervisory roles preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of comprehensive infrastructure support, including client/server technologies, networking, backup solutions, and monitoring systems.
- Fluency in English (C1) and German (B2).
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of presenting and sharing information effectively.
