Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Administrator to join our client's vibrant team as a Technical Team Lead. As a key member of the infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch IT solutions to local clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and on-site support to local clients across various industries
  • Lead the team and provide mentoring and coaching to more junior members
  • Delegate tasks and project work between the team
  • Act as the go-to technical lead on all client infrastructure projects
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for client projects
  • Participate in project planning, implementation, and development of IT infrastructure projects
  • Work in an all-rounded infrastructure support role across multiple environments, including Windows and Linux

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a similar role providing infrastructure support and administration
  • IT education through formal studies or apprenticeship
  • Experience leading a team and ideally holding team lead or manager experience
  • Proven experience across all-round infrastructure support, including client and server technologies, networks, backup solutions, and monitoring
  • Fluency in English (C1) and German (B2)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
