Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct the Sales Support division.
  • Initiate and manage strategic, multifaceted projects across all company sectors.
  • Evaluate internal organizational structures, operational processes, sales channels, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive environments.
  • Identify strategic project areas focusing on revenue enhancement, cost reduction, structural/process improvements, market potential assessment, and the exploration of new sales avenues.
  • Contribute to business growth initiatives, crafting business and project plans.
  • Ensure effective project management throughout all stages, including planning, resource distribution, analysis, execution, and sustainable project delivery.
  • Formulate strategies, offer recommendations, and present findings to executive management.
  • Advance corporate strategy in collaboration with leadership, developing concepts and executing initiatives.
  • Engage in M&A activities, from comprehensive company evaluations to integration support.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, particularly national and international sales teams, as well as marketing departments (both online and offline).
  • Enhance and track performance metrics based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, MBA, or a related field.
  • Experience in consulting or the FMCG sector with an emphasis on sales initiatives.
  • Strong project management capabilities, along with experience in presentations and facilitation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical tools and methodologies for designing and implementing sales business processes.
  • Knowledge of business plan development; experience in M&A projects is advantageous.
  • Leadership experience and team management skills.
  • Fluency in English; international experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Methodological and consulting skills, with a solid understanding of business fundamentals.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on implementation.
  • High standards of quality, adaptable approach, and prioritization skills.
