Als Head of Operations, Processes and Planning bei Tchibo GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die Gesamtverantwortung für die Bereiche Operations, Planning und Processes im internationalen Geschäft von Tchibo, außerhalb der D/A/CH Region, mit Fokus auf dem Distributoren-Geschäft (Export).

  • Deine Aufgabe umfasst die Optimierung von Prozessen sowie die Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams, um eine effiziente und erfolgreiche Unterstützung des Vertriebs sicherzustellen.
  • Als Leiter/in Operations, Prozesse und Planung bist du für die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsinnendienstes für den internationalen Bereich verantwortlich.
  • Deine Verantwortung umfasst den Aufbau und die Optimierung eines Sales Operations Kompetenz-Centers, um das Vertriebsteam effizient zu unterstützen.
  • Die Verantwortung für eine gut organisierte und schlagkräftige Unterstützung des internationalen Vertriebs liegt in deinen Händen - einschließlich der Sicherstellung einer optimalen Organisation und Prozessgestaltung.
  • Deine Aufgabe umfasst die effiziente und präzise Nachfrageplanung im Exportgeschäft und den Überblick über osteuropäische Märkte.
  • Als Head of Operations, Processes and Planning arbeitest du eng mit Produktionsplanung und Produktion zusammen und stellst die Optimierung der Steuerungsprozesse und die Betreuung der Schnittstellen zwischen den Bereichen sicher.
  • Bei der Digitalisierung der Aufgaben des Teams arbeitest du eng mit der IT zusammen, übernimmst die fachliche Leitung von Projekten zur Gestaltung und Implementierung einer neuen digitalen Plattform für das Distributoren-Geschäft (CRM) oder Teilprojekten wie der Migration von SAP APO zu IBP für das internationale Geschäft der GmbH.
  • Deine Aufgabe umfasst die Übernahme von Aufgaben aus dem Projektmanagement im Bereich des internationalen Geschäfts und die Sicherstellung einer effizienten und erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten.
  • Als Head of Operations, Processes and Planning bist du für das Team verantwortlich und musst es steuern und weiterentwickeln. Dabei werden Kontinuität, innovative Lösungen und systemische Verbesserungen gewährleistet.
Deine Voraussetzungen
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Business Administration oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang.
  • Expertise und mehrjährige Erfahrung in mindestens zwei der folgenden Bereiche: SAP, IT-Projekte, Accounting, PMO, Demand Planning, Sales Operations.
  • Langjährige Erfahrung mit fundiertem Wissen über Prozesse, Abläufe, Systeme, Menschen und Unternehmenswerte.
  • Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren.
  • Offene Bereitschaft zu Innovationen und die Fähigkeit, kontinuierlich zu lernen und sich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Eine proaktive Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
