Key Responsibilities- Manage various business functions, including talent, people, legal, strategy, operations, and analytics
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improvement

- Collaborate with our founders and leadership team to drive business decisions and strategy
- Manage company risks and strategic questions, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage office relocation and other strategic projects
- Assist with investor relations and board meeting preparation
- Take on ad hoc legal projects as needed
We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent German and English skills, who has relevant experience in a similar role and experience in B2B, SaaS, and scaling models.
