About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of People Operations to join our team at Eppendorf. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive People & Organization strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global People & Organization strategy that drives business results and supports our company's growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and programs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational design and change management initiatives.
  • Design and implement HR systems, processes, and policies that support business objectives and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective HR service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and People Operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing global HR systems, processes, and policies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English and German.
