Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for our OXO brand in the German market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers
- Translate central marketing strategies into customer account plans and implement them
- Negotiate yearly agreements with distributors and identify new business opportunities
- Maximize distribution, shelf presentation, and promotional effectiveness for our brands
- Propose marketing programs and follow up with key customers
- Ensure execution by translating plans into action and managing pre-defined KPIs
- Manage and monitor KPIs to meet performance commitments
- Develop and maintain external and internal relationships within all arenas
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in a commercial or account manager role in a sales environment, preferably in a highly branded company within a relevant CPG environment
- Leadership of remote sales people
- Regional experience of Germany (Western Europe, multi-market exposure)
- Sales development in a distributor model would be advantageous
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
