About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for our OXO brand in the German market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue and profitability growth in the German market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers to ensure effective sales and marketing execution.
- Translate central marketing strategies into customer account plans and implement these plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and activate new business opportunities across all channels in Germany.
- Maximize distribution, shelf presentation, visibility, and promotional effectiveness for our brands at key accounts and indirect channels.
- Propose marketing programs and follow up with key customers to ensure effective execution.
- Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet performance commitments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in a commercial or account manager role in a sales environment, preferably in a highly branded company within a relevant CPG environment.
- Leadership experience of remote sales people.
- Regional experience of Germany (Western Europe, multi-market exposure).
- Sales development in a distributor model would be advantageous.
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
